How to read these numbers
Funding rate
A payment between longs and shorts every 8 hours. Positive means longs pay shorts: the crowd leans long. Funding that stays very positive often comes with an overheated market.
Open interest (OI)
The total value of open contracts. OI rising with price: new money is joining the trend. OI rising while price is flat: leverage is building up and a sharp move is more likely.
Fear & Greed
A 0-100 scale built from volatility, volume and social data. It measures crowd emotion; it is not an entry signal.
After the data comes risk management: size every trade with the 1% position size calculator, and check the multi-timeframe RSI for the trend on each timeframe.
