Base-tier USDT perpetual fees from each exchange's official fee schedule, checked 21 September 2026. Fees change; confirm on the exchange before trading.

Account buttons are affiliate links: if you sign up through them I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change the numbers above. Read the disclosure.

How to open an account

  1. Pick an exchange from the list above and press its Open account button. The exchange's own sign-up page opens in a new tab.
  2. Register with email or phone on the exchange, then complete its identity check (KYC). Most take a few minutes to a day.
  3. Deposit and practise small. Before your first futures trade, size it with the position size calculator.

How to read the fees

On a 10,000 USDT position, the gap between a 0.05% and a 0.06% taker fee is 1 USDT per side, every trade. If you scalp with market orders, look at the taker fee first. If you mostly use limit orders, the maker fee matters more.

What this page is not

It is not a recommendation to trade derivatives or to use a specific exchange. Leveraged trading can lose you your entire margin, and some exchanges are not available in every country. Check the rules where you live.
